Gabriel Garnes, also known as Localcolor, is an artist, music producer and audio engineer based in Los Angeles, CA. He has been built by visual and performance art from an early age, taking piano lessons, participating in musical theater, and majoring in music production at The Los Angeles Recording School while dabbling in visual media throughout his life. He is also cofounder of The Everything Collective, founded with his brother Seth Garnes.

He has gained traction playing around local venues, working in recording studios, and collaborating with up and coming artists in and around Los Angeles. Being shaped by RnB, Neo-Soul, Hip Hop and Indie music growing up, his work reflects a wide range of these moods and genres.
